Resolution

The tempered glass ONXWTG fits only for the NXW housing or for the NXM housing (using the air barrier).

The spare part for the front glass of the NXM36K1000 is ONXM36FA.

ONXWTG includes only the tempered glass that must be installed inside the air barrier.
The spare part ONXM36FA includes the whole front cover because the glass is siliconized on it.
For this reason it is necessary to change the whole front cover and is not possible to change only the glass.

Customer wants to replace the glass of the NXM36
